The Management Board of Community Links West Dunbartonshire is made up of:

	three directors appointed by the Forum of Housing Associations
	one director appointed by each of the Community Forums
	one director appointed by each CVS, Communities Scotland and the SIP
	up to three directors (with full voting powers) co-opted by the board - either on the basis that they had special skills which would be of assistance to the board or on the basis that they were representatives of other organisations with which the company had close contact in any given year

June Todd

June has been on the Board of Community Links since April 2002, and took up the position of Chair in June 2004. June lives in Dalmuir and serves the Board as a representative from the Clydebank Community Forum.

Anne McGowan

Ann joined the Board of Community Links in June 2003 and is the Vice Chair. Anne lives in Faifley and serves the Board as a representative from West Dunbartonshire Voluntary Housing Forum.

Laurie Mackay

Laurie has been on the Board of Community Links since April 2002 and is the Treasurer. Laurie lives in Dalmuir and serves the Board as a representative from West Dunbartonshire Voluntary Housing Forum.

Terry Smalls

Terry joined the Board of Community Links in June 2004. Terry lives in Dumbarton and serves the Board as a representative from West Dunbartonshire Voluntary Housing Forum.

Observers

Communities Scotland

Community Links has close ties with Communities Scotland and as such a representative from the North Clyde Team was appointed.

Caryn McDade re-joined the Board of Community Links in April 2005. Caryn is a Social Justice Manager for Communities Scotland North Clyde Team.

West Dunbartonshire Partnership

Currently awaiting for a new Director to be nominated.
